TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• To book Casa Margarida please fill out and submit the form below and I will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your booking. contact me first before sending booking form to ensure your preferred dates are available. When your booking is confirmed, you will need to forward a deposit cheque in the sum of £150 for each week you have booked. Once we have received the deposit cheque we will confirm to you in writing that your booking has been accepted. The final balance payment should be sent to us six weeks before you depart for Casa Margarida. On receipt of your balance payment we will send you an information pack giving full details of directions to the property, the collection of the keys and other useful information.

• The cost is for accommodation only for a maximum of six persons on a weekly basis.

• The cost does not include flights, car hire or holiday insurance.

• The cost of utilities, weekly maid service and pool cleaning are included in the price.

• Refunds of deposits will not be made

• Names, FULL UK addresses, (ages of children) of each person are required.

• We cannot be held responsible for any local conditions beyond our control, which may affect your stay.
